Ten years of trying every meal prep out there. Most of it disappointing.
For over a decade, we tried every meal prep service we could find. Subscription boxes. Local services. National brands. We genuinely wanted to eat well and hit our health goals without spending every evening in the kitchen — so we kept looking for something that worked. We kept running into the same wall: the food was either good for you or it tasted good. Never both.
The meals that hit the macros tasted like cardboard. The meals that tasted great blew the numbers. And every service we tried seemed fine with that trade-off. We weren't. So we got fed up, walked away from all of it, and started crafting our own recipes from scratch — built to freeze, built to reheat, and built to actually taste like real food.
